Once you receive your class assignments we encourage you to consider being a Class Parent. Part of what makes CCNS special is the community of parents that support the school. Please consider signing up to be a Class Parent for your students class.

Class Parent Duties Include:

• Act as the main point of contact for your class.  Distribute info, reminders, sign-
  ups etc.
• Collect Class Dues and organize teacher gifts (twice annually)
  Assist your teacher with schedules, activities, and volunteer opportunities
• Assist your teacher with getting parents to volunteer in the classroom during
  monthly staff (12:15-1:15) and head teacher meetings (12:45-1:15) 
  Liaise with PACCNS - organized Class Baskets for Annual Cocktail Party 
• Community building!

Most classes will have 2 class parents, if there are additional volunteers we will use a lottery system.

Class parents will be chosen and communicated by September 12, and we will have a mandatory class parent meeting inSeptember 19th at 10am in Parish Hall.
